Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design

• Design promotional banners, seasonal graphics, and campaign banners for various marketplace platforms.
• Develop seasonal promotional graphics to support sales and special campaigns, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual materials with ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

2. Social Media Posting and Scheduling

• Manage daily social media scheduling and posting across platforms, ensuring timely and consistent uploads for regular posts, special drops, new arrivals, and restocks.
• Use visual and design skills to create and compile media that supports the marketing department’s campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and update social media content calendars to align with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and content strategies.

3. Photography (supporting)

• Support daily photoshoots for the brands under the company’s portfolio to capture images for social media content.
• Support photoshoots for various company media, including website visuals, social media images, and special promotional events.
• Support to capture engaging and brand-aligned images to showcase new arrivals, restocks, and promotional activities.

4. General Project and Time Management

• Prioritise and manage multiple design, photography, and social media projects to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent content output.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on all content and visual materials.
• Organise and maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and design files for efficient retrieval and use in future projects.

Location: Siam Square, Soi 2

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week

• Hours: 11:00 – 19:00 (Paid lunch)

Age Requirement: 22 – 35 years

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB (negotiable based on experience and performance)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• Portfolio showcasing versatility in graphic design and photography, including digital banners, product packshots, and social media images.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with the macOS ecosystem, including proficiency in using Apple devices and software for design, photo editing, and file management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design and Lightroom or similar software for photo editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.
• Excellent visual, creative, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management and time management abilities to handle simultaneous projects efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate creative concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, image editing, or content creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Sensei) will also be an added advantage.
